This Project Is A Platform To Initiate The Vega EV Bikes Membership and Product Sales, To Earn Simple Amounts By Purchasing Products and Promote Other Member Sales. The Terms and Conditions Mentioned Below Constitute An Agreement Between vegaevbikes.com and The One Who Participate In This Project, There By Becomes As A Distributor / Reciever Member.

 1) Any Individual Who Is 18 Yrs. Of Age Is Eligible To Become As A Member.


 2) The Only Allowable Mode Of Payments Is Through UPI / Demand Draft / Official Bank Transfer.

 3) The Company Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Payment Or Application Without Assigning Any Reason.

 4) The Company Does not Guarantee For Any Specific Amount as Earning For Any Of It's Members / Member Earnings / Revenue, and Success Is Solely Based On His / Her Performance In This Project As Stipulated By The Company Compensation Plan Which Is In Force From Time To Time.

 5) This Agreement Does Not Create An Employer-Employee Relationship Agency, Partnership, Or Joint Venture Between Member and The Company. The Member Will Not Hold Any Right To Incur Debits, Liabilities and Obligations or Enter Either Into Any Contract or Agreement With Others On Behalf Of The Company.

 6) This Agreement will Come Into Effect From The Date Of Acceptance By The Company and Will Remain Effective Until Either The Date Of Expiry of The Same Or Such Date As The Company May Deem Fit to Cancel Or Nullify This Agreement To It's Discretion.

 7) The Company Shall Not Be Responsible For Non Functioning Of The Website Due To Any Technical Problems.
 8) All Types Of Payments From The Company To The Member Will Be Made By The Downline Only.

 9) Company Will Pay The Govt. Taxes For The Its Own Incomeing Payments As Per The Indian Govt. Levis.

 10) No Member Is Authorised To Collect Cash Payment On Behalf Of The Company, Any Member will Do So.. Company Will Not Be Responsible For Any Miss Appropriation Of It.

 11) The Member Will Refrain From Using The Company's Trade Marks, Symbols, Literature, Pre-Approved Materials, Slogans and Any Other Advertisement Material For Any Purposes Other Than To Promote The Project Of Vega EV Bikes.


 12) The Company Reserves The Sole Right To Change, Rectify and To Amend The Project Plan, Rules & Regulations, Policies and Procedures, Terms & Conditions From Time to Time And All The Members Shall Abide By Such Changes.

 13) The Company May Terminate The Member Without Prior Notice On The Grounds Like If The Member Acts Against The interest Of The Company, Violates any Subsequent Changes, If The Information Made In The Application Form By The Member Is found To Be False, If Any Member Represent Any Other Network Marketing Company Engaged In The Similar Nature Of This Project / Product Range, If Any Member Uses The Company's Premises / Venues to Represent Any Other Business Etc...

 14) Any Issue Out Of This Project Shall Be Resolved With In The Ticket Support Section Of The Member Panel.
